Residential and Commercial Building Surveys
We are experienced in the preparation of condition surveys for both residential and commercial buildings. We prepare reports upon specific and multiple defects including giving advice upon rectification works. Two of our surveyors deal with Party Wall Act issues and Stephen Murphy, FRICS, MFPWS is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and can deal with all matters in relation to the Party Wall Act 1996, Project Monitoring/Management and Schedules of Dilapidation.
