Valuations
Much like the beach huts in our picture, no two properties are the same… That’s why you need a valuation surveyor who understands the subtle differences that can affect the value of a property. There are many reasons why valuations are needed, including lending security, tax planning, purchase or sale negotiations, matrimonial or business disputes and pension fund valuation. Whilst a valuation of the same property for any of these purposes should be similar, there are reasons why they may be different.
